Eliza Minor joined Tint USA in March 2025 in a broad role spanning marketing, operations support, HR/payroll administration, and accounts receivable, working closely with branch teams across the company’s North Carolina markets on everything from social media content creation to internal process support and client communications. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Alabama, completed in three years. Eliza is driven by making things run smoother whether that’s building clearer processes behind the scenes or telling the story of Tint USA’s work in a way that resonates with customers and since joining the company she has taken on responsibilities well beyond her original scope, building out marketing and operational systems that support Tint USA’s growth across multiple markets, earning her the company’s Rookie of the Year award in 2025.
